Show CASES AGAINST FIVE COWBOYS DISMISSED Men Charged With Attacking Attack-ing Officer Are Released on Motions. Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, June 17. Dick Lee and Robert Shepherd, two of the five defendants, were released by Judge Barker on motion of the defense when it was shown that they had had no part in the attack. D. L. White, fore-I fore-I man of the cowboy crew and also a de-1 de-1 fondant, was released on motion of County Attorney Joseph E. Evans, the evidence showing that he had sought to . stop the assault upon tho officer, Tho cases against Robert Behee and Bud Goins were the last to be dismissed. There is still another set of charges pending against the five cowboys, those brought by the city. The complaints charge disturbance of the peace and the trial has been postponed until June 22. |
