GERMANY TO REPORT ON THE MARINA CASE WASHINGTON, Nov. 10. Germany has informed the American embassy in Berlin that the sinkir.' of tho British steamer Marina on October 2S, with the loss of tho lives of six American horse tenders, will bo thoroughly investigated as soou as the submarines operating; on that date have reported, according to confidential advices receive! hero today from Berlin. Tlie information given the American embassy, it was said here, was to the effect that Germany did not believe the fjicts would be developed similar to tho published reports lhat the Marina was torpedoed without warning, officials maintaining that Germany has no intention inten-tion of changing her methods of submarine sub-marine warfare.
