Show POWER TO REMAIN IN CAPABLE HANDS London Daily News Regards Wilson's Election Triumph for Policies. LONDON, Nov. ll.r-In an editorial on the result of the presidential election elec-tion in the United States, the Daily News regards President Wilson's election elec-tion as a triumph both for his personality personal-ity and his policies. The newspaper adds: "In this country it is inevitable that predominant stress should be laid on President Wilson's attitude toward the European war, and it will be learned with geueral relief that the United States will be guided in the four critical months ahead, not by a defeated, but by a recom missioned president. "We have never disguised our conviction convic-tion that Mr. Wiiou i qualified as is no other American statesman to guide the destinies of his country at this time, and particularly in the field of Democratic policies, and we desire us little as possible pos-sible to disguise our satisfaction that tlie reins of power arc to remain in his capable capa-ble hands.
