Mrs. George Bass, director of tho woman's department depart-ment at western Democratic headquarters, headquar-ters, in commenting on the rc-clection of President Wilson, said today: Dcspito the deceptive suffrago appeal ap-peal of the so-railed Woman's party, par-ty, cluiminij to represent the woman voters of the United States, ten of ;he twelve voting states have made the re-election of President Wilson certain.
