Show SMITH REALTY CO. I SEES BRIGHT OUTLOOK', Tho Smith Realty company, a con-' corn which has been in tho re'alty mar-1 ket of this city for many j'cars, declares de-clares that tho year 1912 has been ono t of tho beat years of its career. Several j good sized land deals outsido of tho city, coupled with the numorous small city deals, were closed up during tho year, and tho deals now pending for the boginning of the now year form the basis of good feeling and optimism. "We are thoroughly convinced," said John R. Smith, "from tho number of inquiries wo aro receiving from outsido out-sido of the city, from different parts of tho country, in fact, for homes, acreage property, trackage property, subdivisions, subdivi-sions, larms and ranches, that the en-tiro en-tiro country has its eyes upon Utah and this iutermountain country, and that tho year 1913 will seo a tremendous influx in-flux of both new people and capital into our state and cit'. Ono thing that has impressed me forcibly during the past few months is the fact that Salt Lake City is not only geographically located for a great distributing point of general merchandise, but should also become a marketing point for lands, mines, livestock live-stock and securities, and I cannot pos-sibl' pos-sibl' see any reason why, if wo will all get together and push and boost, Salt Lako City should not become a great city and 1913 is to bo tho 3'car in which some of tho things coming our way will I be in evidence."
