Show BOYS' BUILDING IS PRAISED BY GOVERNOR With tho completion of the boys' building at the state industrial school at Ogclen that institution will have achievod almost ideal" conditions in tho handling of wavward youths, says Governor Gov-ernor William Spry, who returned yesterday yes-terday from a "trip of inspection of the school. Ua reports that the structure is practically complcto now and will be ready for occupation soon after the first of the year. Complete segregation of tho inmates of the school, not only as to sex, but as to classification of character, will be f ossible with tho new building in opera-ion. opera-ion. Both tho boys and girls will havo buildings of their "own and each will be separate from the administration build ing. Tho now building contains eight bed-i bed-i rooms asido from sevoral large rooms in which tho boys may congregate. The n lounging room extends tho length of tho I building and at each oud js a large firc-$ firc-$ place. In tho basement is a swimming i pool as largo as tho dimensions of the I building allow. |
