Show LAND COMPANY ISSUES PAMPHLET The Pacific Land & "Water company has issued a handsome pamphlet on Park valley, Utah, where the company owns an immense area of land. The foreword is as follows; "If T were a young man T would pack my grip and ?o to Utah. James Wilson, cx-score-ary of agriculture." The following quotation is at the close of the pamphlet: pamph-let: "We don't advertise our lands half as much as our lands advertise us." The pamphlet is handsomely illustrated illustrat-ed and shows many of the now homes built in the locality, as -well as pictures pic-tures of growing crops. The pamphlet also goes extensively into dry farming methods and gives abundant statistics as to the crops raised. There are two now towns in the valley, Rosette and "Dmchl, the latter named in honor of TP. A. Dmchl, of this city, who is a member of the company. The pamphlet also goes into the matter mat-ter of climate, soil, irrigation, rainfall, and, in fact, with everything that, tho prospective settler would care to be advised ad-vised about |
