A- R., and wife of Bf. P. Burns, past department commander of the Utah G-. A. E., was signally honored by being elected national chaplain of the Ladies of tho Grand Army of the Republic at the annual reunion in Chattanooga, Chat-tanooga, according to word received hero yesterday.
