Show SYLVAN PARK PROPERTY TO BE ISOLD AT Al.TTIOX Special to The Tribune. CCD FN. Jan. 10. On complaint of John K. Dooly, the owner of the property known as Silvan nark, just north of the Ogden river, on Washington avenue, writ of atlachment this afternoon was issued by Hie district court directed against the Sylvan Amusement com pan v. and the sheriff directed to take possession posses-sion of the property nt the park, which consists of several small buildings which housed the amusements during t lie auni-mer auni-mer months. District Attorney Nathan J. Harris tiled the complaint on behalf of the plaintiff and in the complaint it is alleged that the amusement company has failed to nay the rent charged, wnieh amounts to 5X1 no for the unartev ending last September.
