Show CHANGE IN ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION Amendments of Natnre Calculated Calcu-lated to Put Order on Business Basis. Wards of the "Wizard of the Wasatch amended their articles of Incorporation Monday night and then accepted a report re-port of tho nominating committee which Included the names of thirty loyal gunrd-luns gunrd-luns of Ills Excellency Ila-tu. Tho amendments arc of a nature which will place the organization on a business basis beforo active preparations for ihe 1910 carnival aro begun. Frank Murphy, J. D. Spencer, IT. Vanco Lane. S. H. Love, D. G. Bolton. D. W. McAllister. E. M. Allison. B. F. Redman. A. G. Mackenzie, Georgo Hall, F. L Sefrlt. C. A. Qulgley. H. W. Walker. J. E. Of these, the present, board of governors gover-nors will select a new board of twelvo members. Three will bo named to servo for a term of four years, three for three years, three for two years and three for one year. These selections will be made at another meeting to be hold within the next few dnys. Monday night's meeting was well attended at-tended despite the fact that George W. Goddard, secretary of the organization, had decamped without leaving- tho key to the desk In which he kept the membership mem-bership rolls and It was Impossible to send formal notice of the meeting to all tho wards. Mr. Goddard returned to Salt Lake Monday afternoon, however, and he was present at the meeting In the evening. Within the next week tho new hoard of governors will call a meeting at which the new ritual of the order will be considered. |
