The annual an-nual meeting of the stockholders of the Goldfielll Consolidated" Mines company was held at 10 o'clock this mornln?: In'thc law ofTIces of P. W. Spaulding in this city. The meeting was entirely without discord of any kind: there were no dissenting dis-senting factions, anil other than the regular reg-ular prescribed routine there was no business of special Interest transacted. The annual report on the conditions of (he mines operated by the company, to which considerable Interest' attached, was of a very satisfactory nature, and covered cov-ered In detail the operations of the past year. The mines were nil shown to be In excellent condition, the prospeets for the ensuing year . being considered especially es-pecially encouraging. Election .of Officers. . The followlnc were eleeted as directors of the Consolidated Mines company for the ensuing year: Georce Wingflcld. .1. D. Hubbard. J. II. MacKn.le. J. H. Car-stairs, Car-stairs, W. C. Ralston. A. II. Howe nnd W. J. Ralker. Following the election of the directors, there being, as slated, no contest, they chose the following officials for the company: George Wlnglleld. president: J D. Hubbard, vice president; A. IT. Howe, secretary and treasurer: I-U. I-U. Flnlay. general manager Mr. Kin-lay Kin-lay was made general manngcr to succeed suc-ceed Mr. MacKenxle some time ago. though the latter still remains as director and consulting engineer of the company. A large, majorltv of the outstanding slock was represented at the meeting. |
