Duncan then asked what he was to do about the matter, when he was told to come to the station, which ho immediately did. Duncan Tells Story. Asked regarding the shooting at the station. Duncan, according to his story, told Fane to halt and when ho kept coming, shot him. after which Fane ran down the street. Duncan then telephoned to the station, and after telling bis side of Ihe story to the police, walked to the station and gave himself up. |
