Show IN THE DISTIIICT COURT OF THE United States for the District of Utah. In the matter of Phyllis Lynch, bankrupt. bank-rupt. No. 32C0 in JJankruplcy Petition for discharge. To tlic Honorable John A. Marshall, Judge o( the district court or tho United States for the district of Utah: Phyllis Lynch of Salt Lake City, In the county of Salt Lake and state of Utah, in said district, respectfully represents repre-sents that on the nth day of April last past, she was duly adjudged bankrupt under the uets of congress relating to bankruptcy; that she has duly surrendered all her property and rights of property, and has fully compiled with all the requirements re-quirements of said acts and of the orders of tho court touching her bankruptcy. Wherefore, she pray that she may be decreed by the court to have a full discharge dis-charge from all debts provablo against her estate under said bankrupt acts, except such debts as are excepted by law from such discharge.
