Thursday he informed the police that ho had been sifndboged by a chanco acquaintance and robbed of 535. But a slight description could bo furnished of tho man with whom Wulff had been seen during the afternoon. D. W. Acklcy, one of the guards at tho Idaho State penitentiary at Boise, is in tho city searching for some cluo regarding regard-ing tho disappearance of throo convicts form the Stato prison, Monday evening. A complaint charging Vernal Wheelwright Wheel-wright with a statutory offense, committed commit-ted against three-year-old Ollvo Reynolds, Rey-nolds, was issued by the county attorney, Thursday afternoon. Funeral services over the remains of Isaac Isadore, who was found dead in tho Weber river Wednesday afternoon, evidently evi-dently a suicide, will be held from the family residence. 2UGB Lincoln avenue.
