The twenty-fifth twenty-fifth annual conferenco of the Methodist Episcopal church of Idaho opened at Wcl-ser Wcl-ser today, and will contlnuo until August Au-gust 23. Tho meeting Is ono of tho largest of this denomination ever held In the Slate. The reports show that tho Methodist church has wonderfully Increased In-creased in membership and that several now houses of worship have been erected during tho past year. Bishop Edw.ln II. Hughes of San Francisco has charge of I tho conference, and some prominent speakers from out of tho State are on the programme.
