To the Stockholders of the Castle Valley Railway Company: Notice Is hereby given that a special meeting of the stockholders of Cnstlt Valley Railway company will be held at tho principal office of tho company in tho Judge Building, at Salt Lake City. Utah, upon Monday, the 20th day of July, 190S, at 10 30 o'clock a. in., for tho purpose pur-pose of considering, and confirming or disapproving, certain action of the Board of Directors of said company heretofore taken, providing for the subjection of the company's railroads, rallrood property and franchises and its other assets and property, prop-erty, to tho Hen of the first consolidated mortgage deed of -Tho Rio Grande Western West-ern Railway Company, of date April 1st. 1S99. and for tho purpose of taking any lawful action In relation to tho mortgaging mort-gaging or conveyanco of tho company's said railroads, railroad property and franchises and Its other assets and property, prop-erty, as may by the stockholders at such meeting be deemed requisite or desirable.
