NOTICE. Notice Is hereby given by the City Council of Salt Lake City of the Intention Inten-tion of such Council to make the following follow-ing described improvement, to wit: Extending and laying sewer lateral of vitrified pipe eight (S) inches In diameter In tho center of West Temple street between be-tween First North and Second North streets, in Sewer District No. 1, and defray de-fray the abutters' portion of the cost and expense thereof, estimated at six hundred hun-dred and ninety-two and 39-100 ($692.39) dollars, or 85-100 ($0.85) dollars per front or linear foot of abutting property, there being 814. 6S feet abutting said lmprove-bent. lmprove-bent. by a local assessment upon tho lots or pieces of ground within the following described district, being tho district to bo affeoted and benefited by said Improvement, Improve-ment, namely: The north S2.25 feet of tho west side of lot 2, the west side of lot 3, the west side of lot 4. the west side of lot 5, tho south aide of lot G, block G, plat "E"; the north 305 feet of the east side of lot 1. block 104, plat "A," Salt Lake City Survey. Sur-vey. All protests and objections to the carrying carry-ing out of such intention must bo presented pre-sented In writing to tho City Recorder on or beforo the 12th day of Octobor. 190S, being the time set by said Council when it will hear and consider such protests and objections as may bo made thereto.
