AN ATTACHMENT AGAINST ! REISS CARNIVAL COMPANY Nat Relss's Carnival company at the state fair grounds likely will come to grief. Sheriff Emery on Thursday afternoon after-noon was given a writ of attachment In favor of William B. Johnson, which will bo served today. Alleging that Rclss owes him $300 for paraphernalia, mostly confetti, furnlshr-d between July 1 and September 30, Johnson John-son brought suit in the civil division of tho city court late Thursday afternoon to recover the amount of the goods. The Issuing Is-suing of tho writ of attachment followed the tiling of the suit. Johnson says that ho furnished Rclss in .all $500 worth of goods, but that $200 of the debt has been paid.
