Notice is hereby given thai the assessment assess-ment of the tax levied by the City Council Coun-cil of Salt I.ake City, Utah, by ordinance passed December 23. 1907. upon the property prop-erty abutting upon lots 2 to 21. inclusive, block 1. and lots 1 and 22 to 10. Inclusive, block 2, Walker's subdivision of block 5, plat A, In lots 2 to 21, Inclusive, block 1. and lots 1 and 22 to 10, Inclusive, block 2, Walker's subdivision of block C. plat A, for the purpose of- constructing cement ce-ment sidewalks four (1) feet wide and four (I) Inches thick upon both sides of Jefferson street hetween Eighth South and Ninth South streets, and on both sides of Washington street between Eighth South and Ninth South streets, In sidewalk district No. 20 Is completed. That the board of equalization and review re-view appointed by tho City Council for that purpose, will meet at. the office of the City Recorder, room 100. city and county building, on Monday, January 20, 190S. and continue In session until Friday. January 21, 1908. between the hours of ;i:"0 and Irl.O p. in., and will hear .and consider any objections and make correction cor-rection of any tax which said board may deem unequal or unjust. That during said time, between the hours of 9 a. ni. and 5 p. in., said list will be open to public Inspection at the office of the City Recorder, room 100, city and county building, Salt L,akc Cltv, Utah.
