Show CONFLICTING TESTIMONY REDUCES PUNISHMENT Owing to conflicting testimony, Frank Connors was given only ten days by Judgo Diehl Tuesday afternoon after-noon on a charge of battery upon Charles K. Frazicr, from whom he attempted at-tempted to beg u quarter for food. Part of- the testimoiry showed that Connors Con-nors knocked Frazior down and then kicked him when he refused to give him the quarter, while other testimony was to tho effect I hat Frazior struck Connors first.
