Mr. Snbino says he prepared certain plans and specifications for the main building of the county infirmary in lfJOfi-OG and that Iho work was worth $200. lie also alleges that, the cluim was duly audited find presented to t ho T3oard of County Commissioners, which allowed and approved it. It is then alleged that .Mr. JGldrcdgc lias refused to include tho claim in Iho lists which were filed with the Auditor, and that the Auditor has refused to draw a warrant war-rant for tho amount. !
