Show West Bountiful LA Kl'K PETERSON Phone AX 5-3027 Kay Tutorow celebrated her birthday with a party at her home. A group of her girl friends came and enjoyed the evening on Feb. 13. A Republican mass meeting was held Feb. 14 in the West Bountiful School at 7:30. Dak-Peak Dak-Peak was present and took charge of the meeting. Chairman Chair-man for our district was Ezra Moss and since he passed away his wife Hilda has been carrying carry-ing on. Vice chairman was La Rue Peterson with Dora Webb as secretary. The new officers are Arch Widdison, chairman Thelma Reed, vice chairman; Lillian Wood, secretary. County Coun-ty delegates are: Robert W. Telford, Clarence Samuelson, and Stanley Mann. Central committee, Leone Newton, and La Rue Peterson. The district committee will be Paul Buys, Tom Mower, Hilda Moss and Earl Stephens. State delegate will be Leone Newton. Also present at the meeting were Dora and Thaes Webb. A large number of . people called on Aunt Mary Roberts and aunt Jane Goldsbury to wish them well for their 80 and 87 birthdays. An open house was held for them on vn has been sustained as a ounselor in the primary of the 5 ward in Riverside stake in Salt Lake City. The two nights of drama were a real success. The West 3ounliful ward had one act jlays and skits held Monday light. West Bountiful stcond Dut on a three act play, Tuesday Tues-day e-ening. Both ward reunions are this week end, West Bountiful, Friday Fri-day night, and the second ward jn Saturday evening. Robert Knighton should ar-ive ar-ive home from his mission Sunday. Amy Brown's family meets every Sunday night and studies stud-ies the gospel. They are having the missionary lessons given to .hem now. They meet at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Myron Brown. The officers and teachers of the Sunday School of the West Bountiful second ward met Fri day, Feb. 14 for a pot luck supper. They are decorating dec-orating with April spring flowers. The MIA young ladies will do the serving. The Relief Society will be the hostesses. They are Columbia Argyle, - Wanda Telford, Venna Wett-stein, Wett-stein, and Josie Telford. The Sunday School will be in charge of the dishes both before be-fore and after, and washing. Aunt Lill Eldredge has her daughter Celia staying with her for a while. Mrs. George Stephens has gone to California to spend some time with her children that live there.
