The amount of theoe estimates was ujjreed upon and submitted to tho Governor, who will lay the matter before tho nexL Legislature, Leg-islature, to be acted upon. Asked no to present conditions at the college, President Presi-dent Kerr said: "Everything at tho college Is moving: along smoothly. There U a very laruo attendance.
