"BILL CLUB" MEETS One Kundrod Mon and Three Womon at Third Annual Dinner. EXCELSIOR SPRINGS, Mo., Dec. 28. One hundred men and three women attended the third annual dinner of tho Bill Club No. 1 of the World, held here last night. Bill S. Cowherd of Kansas Citv and Bill E. Stanley of Kansas, the one an ex-Congressman, tho other an ex-Governor, were the quests of honor and the I principal speakers of the "Bill of i Speech." Bill Bryan of Nebraska, who was counted on as one of the big attractions, was not able to be present, nor was several of the honorary members, who include Bill Warner, 'Bill Stone, Bill Nelson, Bill Wallace, Bill Lvnch, Bill Henrst and scores of othor Bills. Judge Bill Fowler acted as toast-master; toast-master; Bill Srecks' orchestra furnished instrumental music, and the Bill quartette, quar-tette, composed of Bill Browncll. Bill DeHaven, Bill Wallace and Bill Courtney, Court-ney, sang songs glorifying the Bills. Any woman christened Willie, Wilcna, or Williamettc is eligible to membership in the club.
