That Section 148 of the Re- III, vised Ordinances of Salt Lake City of uVi 1903 bo. and tho same hereby Is amended 111 and re-enacted so as to read as follows; M4i "Section 148. It shall be unlawful for 111? anv person to keep, own or possess, a m l 1 fierce, dangerous, vicious or mischievous , dog within tho limits of Salt Lako City. 1 The Chief of Police of said city Is here- M . by authorized to kill or cause to be killed W all fiorce, dangerous, vicious or mlschlev- K , ous dogs found within tho limits of said w , cltv. In pursuance of his duty In this K ' roirard. he Is authorized to enter tho m premises of any one keoplng such fierce. Wx. ' , dangerous, vicious or mischievous dog.
