Show DEATH AN ACCIDENT. Jury Finds That Ellis Did Not Meet With Foul Play. At the conclusion of tho Inquest over the remair.3 of Charles K. Ellla, the Coro-nor's Coro-nor's jury decided that the deceased came to his death accidentally. It was the rj opinion of the Jurcrs that Ellis was burned to death in a flro that was caused by the accidental overturning of a lighted lamp that the deceased was carrying County Physician Mayo reported that ! no marks of violence were found on the body, and that, po far as could be determined, de-termined, the vital organs were In normal condition, except that they had hen i badly damaged by the Intenso heat o( the burning bullolng.
