Show Husband and Wife Fpjistol Duel When the Fusillade Was Over the Man Wns Dead, Woman Unhurt. OAKLAND, Cal., Fob. 12. Edward R. Koohn and hla wife, Eleanor, wno wero married only seven weeks, engaged in a pistol duel today, with tho result that tho husband'n body Is now ln tho morgue. Tho couplo quarreled Immediately after marriage and Koohn ordored his wlfo from the house. Sho returned this morning morn-ing and Koohn demanded tho reason of her presence. Angry words followed, and Koehn, o the wife said, brandished a revolver and fired at hor. Sho nelzed a second revolver from under a mattress and, as Koehn fired again, shot at him four times. One bullet entered his neck, killing him. Koehn was a shipping clerk employed ln San Francisco and was thlr.ty-two years old. The wife Is twonty-thrco years old. She was not injured.
