Baron Von Nolken, chief of polico of Warsaw, who has Just returned from a conference with Governor-General Tchertkoff of tho provinco of Warsaw, today gave the Associated Pices the following details regarding the state of affairs ln this district: "Tho strlko continues In nil of tho big factories. Tomorrow the manufacturers are coming to me to discuss the situation, and Tuesday I purpose seeing somo representative. rep-resentative. of the strikers. Mf.y Expel Strikers. "Unless tho strikers return to work, the polico will expel all of those living outside of the Warsaw district. If they will not wcrk they must go home. Thc men have no money, and It seems Impossible that the strlko can continue much longer.
