The decoration of tho resldonco was admired by all present. Ono of her praallcr children is suffering with this disease. Mrs. Margaret E. B Irving, a daughter daugh-ter of Samuol and Harriot Egbert Bate-man Bate-man of Wont Jordan, died Monday morning morn-ing at tho St. Mark's hospital at tho ago of 27. Appendicitis was the causn of her death. The funeral took place from tho West Jordan ward house Monday, Juno 13. a Mrs. Ll J. Hurt seeks Information concerning con-cerning her missing husband, L J. Duncan, a donllst of Murray, was discharged on Tuesday afternoon in tho Salt Lako Police court of assault. Tho complainant, William Nunn, went to Dr. Duncan's residence about midnight to collect CO cents, said to bo due his daughter daugh-ter for housework. On tho doctor rotus-' Ing to pay, Nunn used violent languago. Mrs. Duncan, who was 111, requested Nunn to leave, but woa told by Nunn "to shut up."
