Mrs. Bell O'Rflily has received word that she is one of the heirs of the Gusteino estate in Philadelphia, valued at $50,000,000. J. C. O'Reilly, deceased, de-ceased, husband of Mrs. O'Reilly, was a descendant of the Gustelne branch of the Baker family. Peter Baker was a resident of Strasburg, Germany, in. 1727. His sons came to America and accumulated accumu-lated a fortune speculating in land and surveying, receiving real estate of the Government In place of money.. About 400 acres in the center of Philadelphia Phil-adelphia was leased by the Government for 100 years. Tho time has expired 'and the property Is now to be-divided. Navy yards and large timber and coal lands in -Pennsylvania and Maryland are Included ln the estate, It is said. |
