THE2 remains of Andrew J. Malloy were brought to this city yesterday morning from Bingham. Tno brother-in-law of the dead man was expected last night from Colorado Springs, where he Intends taking tak-ing the remains, Mr Malloy's famllv living liv-ing on a ranch Just out of town. It l snld that tho deceased did not die of heart failure, but that his death was the result of an attack of apoplexy. He was unconscious uncon-scious for an hour and a half after being discovered, and It Is not known how long beforo that time. |
