Show Mining- Notes. J. Cunningham, ono of tho directors of the Mammoth, is seriously ill at El Paso, Tex., of typhoid fever. Mr. Cunningham went to El Paso some days ago to look after some business 'interests there. Mammoth reported to tho smelters yesterday yes-terday with elghty-oight tons of gold and silver ore and ninety tons of copper. A carload of oro from the South Swansea Swan-sea reached tho city yesterday. Tho oro ran twenty-sovon ounces silver and a good per cent lead. One car of Undo Sam Consolidated, one of the llrst-clnss, was received at the Pioneer sampler yesterday. Receipts at the Taylor & Brunton consisted con-sisted of ono car from Bingham, ono from Mllford, ono from Tonopah and two from TlnUc. T. P. Rigney, the mining, engineer, left yesterday for Goldfiold. Harvoy D. Trennm left last night for Do Lamar, from which point ho will make an overland trip to Goldflcld, prospecting along tho way. C. V. Corilold of the Ncwhouse staff has returned from St, Louis. YV. G. Filer has left for the properties of the Twin Falls Land and Water company. com-pany.
