Show Mrs. Belmont Loses Terrier. NiEW YORK, Oct. 23.-GrIovlng for her lost pet, Mrs, August Belmont, through hor husband, asked tho pollco of the Tenderloin station to help her find Mlg-nonne, Mlg-nonne, a tiny toy terrier, which ran out of the house yesterday whon its "nurse" was not looking, and went to play with a bad street dog. Mlgnonno wore a collar of gold studded with precious stones, on which was engraved hor name, "Mlgnonno "Mlg-nonno Belmont. No. 41 East 34, Manhattan, Manhat-tan, Hemp3tcad." Mr. Belmont said that the dog had been purchased by his wife In Paris eight, vears ago and that she was valued at' $1100, although ho would not think of (lJIng her for any amount of money Tho collar was valued nt $500. It Is the theory of tho pollco that Mlgnonno was lured away aud that a roward may bring icr hack. |
