Robblns returned not long after tho ceremony and mado trouble. He had tne girl indicted for bigamy, but It la understood that the District Attorney would not push the case. Robblns waa Indicted for blackmail at the September criminal session of tho Superior Su-perior court, but ha3 case was dropped. John G. Miner, to whom the girl In now married for the second time, Is 70 years old and devoted to' her. Ho gives her a good home. Ho Is proud of his glrl-wlfo and of their little baby, a girl now a year old. Tho brldo seems to bo fond of her ancient bridegroom, and -their neighbors predict for them a long life and a happy one. |
