Utah, May G.-John Combs, commonly com-monly known as "Jack tho Agitator," and 8cretnry ot tho Minors' union of Sunny-sldo, Sunny-sldo, was arrested horo last night. Ho spent tho night at tho bullpon, sharing a blanket with un Italian striker, and was releapod today under $50 bond to appear Monday next and nn3vor to a chargo of disturbing tho poaco. He ahueed and Insulted In-sulted guards, Sheriff and cltlsena generally gen-erally who are not strikers, and mado himself him-self generally obnoxious. Warren Jones of Aurora, Sevlrr county, who shot nnd killed Roo Ferguson, was today bound over to tho District court by Justice Millard, on the chargo of Involuntary Involun-tary manslaughter, and hl.n bond fixed at $1000. Ho occupies ono of tho steel cages at tho county Jail.
