Lowrcy and his band of outlaws last night went into Suinburtan. in Dobson county, broke open the jail, released several of his followers, and retired without molestation though a company of U. S. soldiers was quartered in town! Confederate memorial-day wis celebrated cele-brated here to-day. In the afternoon all business has suspended and thou sands visited the cemetery, when the decorating of the graves took place.
