Show I GOVERNING BOARD SEEETS Sacramento Pornially Listed On the Exchange At a meeting of the governing board of the mining stock exchange yesterday yester-day the application of the Sacramento to list its stock on the board of the exchange was considered and it was decided to place this security among the listed stocks upon the payment of the reauirLd fecs I The board also made a change in the commission rates the whole of the proceedings pro-ceedings being embodied In the following follow-ing resolutions which were adopted viz vizResolved Resolved That upon payment of the regular fee the application of the Sacramento Gold Mining and Milling company be accepted and approved it being an established fact that the said company is a producer and is the owner of meritorious properties located locat-ed in the Camp Floyd mining district the same being equipped with a cyanide milling plant Resolved That the improvement committee be authorized to make certain cer-tain changes s in the blackboard so as to include statements of assessments and dividends on stocks traded in on this lloor Resolved That the commissions on stocks traded in on this floor be as follows amending the present rules governing such matters To and including 5 cents 150 per 1000Above Above 5 to and including 15 cents 250 per 1000 I Above 15 to and including 35 cents 1 cent per shale Above 35 to and Including 51 I1 cents per share One dollar and above 1 per cent on money |
