I LONDON SOCIETY SCANDAL I Marital Woss of Mr and Mrs A Barclay Walker j London Dec 10In the queens bench division of the high court of justice jus-tice today Mrs Edith Walker sued her husband A Barclay Walker the owner of the well known cutter Ailsa to recover re-cover jewelry valued at 35000 Counsel Coun-sel for theplainllff said the jewelry was given to his client who was then n widow after the engagement Afterward counsel continued the defendant I de-fendant took to drinking and had delirium de-lirium tremens While the couple were on board the yacht in August the defendant de-fendant counsel also said apDroached I his wife in an excited state and told her to go on the streets adding that she belonged there The wife then commenced proceedings for a separation separa-tion which she obtained with the amount of 12500 yearly In the mean while according to counsel the defendant de-fendant obtained possession of the plaintiffs jewelry which he refused to return The plaintiff confirmed the statements made by her counsel and a verdict was returned in her favor
