ORDER irV PROLI ATE Yesterday Judge Porno issued the following order which will be of interest in-terest to many people and will doubtless doubt-less cause many people who have neglected neg-lected their sworn duty to get up and hustle In the Probate Court of the County of Weber and Territory of Utah To the Clerk of Said Court Whereas It sufficiently appears to the undersigned the judge of this court that many administrators ex ecu tors and guardians have failed to perform their duties as such with that promptness and fidelity which the law imposes and that by reason thereof the best interests of the estates which they represent have and are not being subserved and i Whereas For the purpose of obtain I tag more definite and exact information informa-tion as to the status of all such estates es-tates to the end that suitable and proper action may be taken and had therein It is ordered that the clerk of this court proceed at once to an investigation investiga-tion of all said estates In which no proceedings have been had or taken re j ppecting the administration thereof j since the first day of January ISOn and that citations issue to such administrators ad-ministrators executors and guardians requiring the said administrators executors ex-ecutors and guardians to appear and i show cause why the necessary proceedings pro-ceedings should not be taken therein ACHILLES PERRIN Judge
