Show I THE FEDERAL COURT Alma Hague to Be Sentenced Tomorrow I Tomor-row Morning In the federal court yesterday Judge Adams decided not tc make ruling on the motion to quash the indictment against the coal combine for the reason that he would not have time to try thecae the-cae at this time and did not wish to make a ruling if the case was to come up before another Judge The case was therefore passed for the present J B Milner of Provo was admitted to practice on motion of Attorney George Sutherland The case of the United States vs Jennings for larceny of mail matter was set for trial Monday and the witnesses wit-nesses direoted to be summoned by the rrovernment I Alma Hagues attorneys have decided decid-ed not to move for a new trial but instead in-stead to prepare an appeal to the supreme court of the United States Judge Adams will pass sentence on the convicted cashier tomorrow and will leave Salt Lake tomorrow evening |
