Show NG PROFITS O SHARE And Contractor Bowmans Part 9ptr ner Loses Hii Suit YOUNG WARNER POLICY Judgment Is Rendered Against the Insurance Company Petit Jurors were Excused Yesterday Until June 20 When Judge Bartch Will Conclude tho Cases on the Civil Calendar Judge Sutherland as referee has filed his findings of facts and conclusions of law in the case of John W Smith vs John H Bowman The suit was brought by the plaintiff asking that the partnership partner-ship existing between himself and defendant f de-fendant be dissolved and an accounting had and that onehalf of the onehal profits accruing ac-cruing from the said partnership be paid t to him The case was taken up before Judge Sutherland on July 101S92 and continued at intervals until April of the present year when it was finally concluded con-cluded i he referee finds that the plaintiff and defendant entered into partnership on July 15 1890and continued until October Octo-ber 1 1891 at which date the partnership was dissolved He further finds that during this period no profits were made but that the joint business resulted in l loss which has been borne and paid principally prin-cipally by the defendant Hence he holds that the plaintiff is not entitled to recover anything and that the defendant is entitled en-titled to a judgment for costs |
