I Santa Fe Trainmen livable Settled I TOPEKA Kas July 22A conference between be-tween the Santa Fe general Oflicers and the train mens grievance conimittee yesterday was fruitful in results It has been practically prac-tically agreed to abolish the classification of passenger conductors over the entire system and give uniform pay 125 per month without regard to length I of service to pay for time lost bv train men on ac count of delays occasioned by anything beyond be-yond their control to pay for time lost where men are called upon to report for duty and are not sent outsat once und pay for 100 miles on all runs pf less than one hundred miles These concessions are nearly all made by the company In most cases where demands wer made for an increase in-crease of pay in local runs the men havo withdrawn their demands
