Benjamin Holbrook Services Benjamin (Ben) Holbrook, son of Jonathan and Rosabelle Simon Holbrook, died Jan. 7, 1981 in Fontana, Calif. He was born May 27. 1903 in Chesterfield, Chester-field, Ida. His wife preceded him in death. HE IS survived by his wife Selma; Nancy Zemba, and three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; a sister. Ruby Knight of Salt Lake City and Dell Holbrook of Bountiful. Boun-tiful. Ben spent his early life in Bountiful, attending schools in Davis County. He served as a lieutenant in the Utah National -Guard and moved to California in 1926. He managed a Safeway Safe-way Company store and retired re-tired after 26 years of service. HE SERVED 18 years as a security guard at Kaiser Hospital Hos-pital in Fontana, Calif. His funeral was held Jan. 10 in Bloomington, Calif. Interment Inter-ment in Deseret Garden Green Acres Memorial Park. Bloomington, Calif.
