Bountiful Cross Country To Open Bountiful's new cross country coun-try touring center is scheduled to have its grand opening Jan. 17, providing Mother Nature deposits one more storm's worth of snow before Dec. 13. If the storm comes, all day Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. will be a free demo day sponsored by Sunset Sports Center, Edsbyn Skis, and the Bountiful Recreation Center. EVERYONE WILL be welcome wel-come to ski free on Saturday to get a feel for cross country skiing. If the weather doesn't cooperate, the touring center will open after sufficient snow has been received and a demo day will be held later. Brochures for the center are available now at all Sunset Sports Centers. Details on prices and ski trails are contained con-tained in the brochure.
