| Show A Caucus at the Carleton Club LONDON June 12At a caucus of the Conservative Con-servative party at the Carleton club today Lord Salisbury announced that in order to cope with business bills which reach an advanced L stage during nonsession will be resumed at the next session at the same Stage Sell Conservative Con-servative condemned such a course saying it would inaugurate a bad system After lengthy discussion the caucus separated without adopt ing a formal resolution on the subject Salisbury spoke of the fatigue of parliamen tary Works and posed a standing order that none except money bills be abated after a cer tain date others to be suspended until the fol lowing session This plan would have the advantage ad-vantage of giving the house of lords more timo to discuss bills brought before it Thirty conservatives con-servatives have revolted being discontcd with Secretary Matthews action relative to Chief of Police Monroe |
