The Government of Utah Bill WASHINGTON June 12Senator Edmunds from the committee on judiciary reported back favorably with amendments the bill recently introduced by him providing for itroduced a reorganization reorganiza-tion of the government of Utah By the terms of the bill the existing election districts and apportionment for representatives for members of the territorial legislature are abolished and it is made the duty of the governor the territo rial secretary and board of commissioners as soon as practicable after the result of the ccrsos 1 made known to redistrict the territory and make a new apnortionment JorKgisJative purposes The offices of territo lJJIscs Te rial auditor treasurer commissioners to locate t ui urslty land probate judges county clerics fctioftmen assessors recorders and superin tendents of district schools are vacated and the appointment of all thes oiTcers vetted hi olcer thf jvernor subject to the approval of i board of commissioners The board of com bsJoners Is authorized and empowered In its dj1rction to cause a new registration of voters In Utah and to make and enforce rules und regulations not inconsistent with the laws of the United States for the conduct of registra tions and elections 1 the territory regstra
