The matter of securing the money from tho bondsmen has boon complicated through the fact that on Saturday a petition pe-tition wad filed In the District court ask-ing ask-ing that a guardian be appointed for Judge Mcrrltt on the ground that he is mentally Incompetent, and not capablo of managing his estate. Judgo Armstrong issued an order restraining persons Interested Inter-ested from disposing of any of iho stock or other property of Judge MorrllL Until Un-til this has been settled in court it Is not behoved that his share of the bond can be collected. |
