'- V' ( i III - ' - 1 Mr. and Mrs. Doug McManus Brenda Budge, Doug McManus Married in Wyoming Ries Ceremonies at the Chapel of Transfiguration in Moose, Wyoming united Brenda Budge, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Budge of Moab and Doug McManus, son of Dr. and Mrs. F. R. McManus of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, in marriage recently. The marriage mar-riage was performed on Sept. 11, by Rev. Phil Zimmers. Barbara Zimmers was organist. organ-ist. The bride wore a gown of eggshell color peau de soie in a peasant style which she designed de-signed and made herself. She also designed and made their gold wedding bands. Her bouquet was of rust colored mums, yellow spider mums, and various dried flowers. Attending as matron of honor was Mrs. Russ (Barbara) (Bar-bara) Jones of Bozeman. Montana. , The bridesmaids were Mrs. Harry (Peggy) Ring and Mary Buchli, also' of Bozeman. ' Janis Budge,, a cousin of the bride was flower girl. Their dresses were of a peasant style made of red calico with white organdy aprons. The bridesmaids carried car-ried sheaves of yellow and rust color mums and dried wheat. Janis carried a basket bas-ket of mums of the same color. Attending the bridegroom as best man was his brother, Derek of Calgary, Canada. The groomsmen were Russ Jones, Harry Ring, Buff Mc-Ewen Mc-Ewen and Gene Van Dyken all of Bozeman. Eric Budge, cousin of the bride, was ring bearer. Gordon McEwen of Bozeman sang The Lord's Prayer. He was accompanied by Mrs. Adeline Neilson. A reception honoring 'the couple was held immediately after the ceremony with Mrs. Darrell Budge, an aunt of the bride and Mrs. - Jim Rieboff at the punch table. Mrs. Gene Van Dyken served the wedding wed-ding cake and Mrs. James T. Budge, grandmother of the bride, made and served the groom's cake. 'The guest book and gift table were in the charge of Mrs. Mike Eastman East-man and Chris Van Deburg, cousins of the .bride. The groom graduated from Montana State University in. Bozeman in June with a degree de-gree in physical education. -He is a member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity. The bride will graduate in December, after finishing her student teaching in Helena, Mont., with a degree in art education. educa-tion. She belongs to Pi Beta Phi sorority. |
