Show Funeral Services Held Monday for William A. Tasker Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon in Eureka, for Wm. A. Tasker, 74, former resident resi-dent of that city, who died Friday, at the home of a daughter, Mrs. May Bithell, with whom he had made his home the past four months. He had lived in Springville Spring-ville since 1950. The services were conducted in the Methodist church, with the Rev. Wm. F. Bulkley, archdean of the Episcopal church of Salt Lake City, in charge. Burial will be in Eureka. Mr. Tasker was born in Kixby, England, January 17, 1877, a son of James and Annie Laming Tasker. Tas-ker. He came to the United States at the age of 20 years. In 1901, he married Katie Walker at Cedar City and in 1904, the couple moved to Bingham. Five years later they went to Eureka and resided there until coming to Springville 20 years ago. Survivors include three daughters, daugh-ters, Mrs. Bithell of Coppcrton; Mrs. Ella Hannifin of Eureka; Mrs. Margaret Hall of Tooele; two sisters sis-ters and a brother, Wesley, Jennie and Aggie Tasker all of England; also nine- grandchildren and one great grandchild. |
