Show Funeral Services Held Sunday For Lottie Gammell Funeral services were conducted . in the Fourth ward Sunday afternoon, after-noon, for Mrs. Charoletta A. Gammell, Gam-mell, 89, life-long resident of this city, who died Friday morning of ailments incident to her age, at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Josephine Jos-ephine Kelly in American Fork. Burial was in the Evergreen cemetery. Mrs. Gammell was born in Springville, Aug. 11,1862, a daughter daugh-ter of Horace M. and Martha Alex-1 Alex-1 ander. She had spent practically all her entire life in Springville. She was married to Frank Gammell Gam-mell in the old Salt Lake Endowment Endow-ment House, and for a time, they resided in Provo. He died Dec. 1, 1910. Mrs. Gammell was an active LDS church worker and served in the Relief Society during her earlier life.. Survivors include two sons, W. Ray Gammell, Copperton; Lou W. Gammell, Las Vegas, Nev.; four daughters, Mrs. Genevieve Hap-good, Hap-good, Anaheim, Calif.; Mrs. Martha Mar-tha Chriss, Walnut Creek, Calif.; Mrs. Katherine Holley, Springville and Mrs. Josephine Kelly, American Ameri-can Fork. |
